A recipe for success
Developing long-term, healthy habits starts at a young age, and getting in the kitchen with your teenage child is a recipe for success. Getting kids interested in cooking can change their entire outlook on food for the rest of their lives.
In our hands-on, four-hour LifeShape Kitchen Weekend Workshops we’ll get you working together as a team to create delicious family meals, under the guidance of MasterChef finalist and nutritionist Chloe Ann and a LifeShape dietitian.
In a fun, interactive setting, we teach the fundamentals of cooking, how to make healthy food choices, and all about nutrition. The skills practised include using kitchen equipment, meal planning, market buying, experimenting with flavour, reading recipes, and ultimately how to prepare nutritious food they’ll love to eat.
It’s super fun to eat your handiwork! Everything you make can be taken home for the rest of the family to enjoy. Best of all you’ll bond with your child, and you won’t get in trouble for making a mess in the kitchen together!
How to book & what’s included?

Things to know

✓ Food allergies and dislikes are no problem, however our aim is to inspire and encourage kids to try new things!

Nutritionist and mum of two, Chloe Ann, was born and raised in Canberra, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition.
Driven by the desire to educate others on the importance of building sustainable and healthy relationships with food, the now Brisbane based Nutritionist decided to apply for the tenth season of MasterChef Australia, 2018 where she became a top 5 finalist.
Her dream post MasterChef is to reinvigorate the art of home cooking, with hopes of opening a cooking school and sharing her passion for fresh and flavourful food.
