Why is LifeShape Clinic relocating its head office?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to continue our lease at our current head office location in Milton. As a result, we will be moving to a new location in the near future.
Will this relocation impact my program provided by LifeShape Clinic?
No, this relocation will not impact our commitment to providing you with the same exceptional service and care you've come to expect from us. We will continue to offer our full range of services during and after the transition with the exception of cooking demonstrations in the LifeShape Kitchen.
Will my appointments be affected by the relocation?
During our transition to the new location, we are committed to ensuring continuity of care for all our clients. We will be temporarily offering telehealth services. If telehealth is not suitable for you, we will also be consulting at Santé Medical in Paddington. Our Client Services Team will contact you to discuss your upcoming appointments and can provide more information about face-to-face consultations at Santé Medical if needed.
I am a Gumdale client, how do these changes affect me?
As a Gumdale client, you will continue to have your Dietetic consultations at our Eastside Village location. Our Client Services Team will be in touch to arrange any upcoming exercise, DEXA, medical, and psychology sessions.
How can I access LifeShape LED and other program products?
You can conveniently purchase LifeShape products, including LifeShape LED, through our online shop. If you prefer to purchase items in person or have specific needs, please contact our Client Services Team for assistance.
Can I pause my consultations until the new location is ready?
Yes, you can pause your consultations until our new location is ready. Please request a Program Suspension Request Form from info@lifeshape.com.au. Once you have returned your form our Client Services Team will then be in touch to process your request.
How can I attend LifeShape Kitchen cooking demonstrations?
Regrettably, due to our relocation, all events in the LifeShape Kitchen have been cancelled until further notice. We hope to resume cooking demonstrations in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore delicious recipes from the LifeShape cookbook or visit our blog for more tasty ideas.
How will I be informed of updates regarding the relocation?
