400g can cannellini beans
¼ cup chargrilled yellow capsicum
1 tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. ground cumin
1/3 tsp. salt
1. In food processor, purée beans, capsicum, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
2. Serve with sticks or strips of colourful vegetables eg capsicum, green beans, carrot and celery.
