2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened juice
1 cup natural 99% fat free Chobani yoghurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh fruit, chopped
1/4 cup (45g) pistachios, toasted, thinly sliced
1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, juice, Chobani yoghurt and cinnamon until well combined. Soak in the refrigerator overnight covered with plastic wrap.
2. Before serving, mix through the fruit and half the pistachios. Divide mixture up between serving glasses and sprinkle with some nuts and a dash of cinnamon.
Hint
Make this the night before, for a delicious and quick breakfast.
