In the face of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are more committed than ever to the health and wellbeing of our clients and the community. At LifeShape Clinic, we are closely monitoring developments in relation to COVID-19, and we are taking measures to provide a safe environment to you and our staff. We recognise that the situation remains fluid, and as such we will regularly update this page with the latest advice and guidance as it comes to light.

Consultation Status

LifeShape Clinic is classified as a medical clinic, and we will continue to maintain this classification during this coronavirus emergency.

Our clinics in Milton, Gumdale, Sydney and North Lakes are open for face-to-face consulting. Telehealth will still be available to clients not wishing to attend in person, and to those outside of these clinic locations.

Our clinic in Melbourne is currently operating via telehealth.

In these very challenging times there has never been a more important time to stay connected with your clinical team who know you from working with you each week. At LifeShape Clinic, we are no strangers to telehealth. Our video or phone consultations are an excellent way to continue receiving weekly support from your clinician in the convenience of your own home if you are unable to attend in person. We’ve had many clients complete their program via telehealth, successfully reaching their weight loss and health goals.

Launching LifeShape Online

Australia’s best weight loss program has moved online. We’ve fine-tuned our cutting-edge LifeShape Program over the last 20 years, ensuring our fully-qualified clinical team deliver the most effective weight loss results to our clients. Our experience and expertise are now available to you in our 12 week online program, so you can lose weight in the convenience of your own home.

LifeShape LED

LifeShape LED can now be conveniently purchased via our online shop. All orders placed prior to 12pm are despatched the same day. If you are in isolation at home, please update the special order notes section with any relevant delivery instructions (ie. Please leave package at the bottom of front steps). Alternatively we are pleased to now offer a Dial & Collect option for LifeShape LED. If you would like to Dial & Collect your LED, please call the Client Services Team who will prepare your order for pickup from our Milton Clinic.

In Home Exercise Physiology Appointments

For clients at home in voluntary isolation, we’re launching in home Exercise Physiology appointments which will include a personalised activity and resistance plan. These valuable sessions cost just $50/hr (for metropolitan travel) which you can claim with most Private Health Funds (subject to your level of cover).  A group of 5 appointments can be purchased for $200 saving 20%. Can I still have my weekly appointment?

Absolutely. If you can’t get to a clinic, we can complete your consultation via video or phone. At LifeShape Clinic, we are no strangers to telehealth. Our video or phone consultations are an excellent way to continue receiving weekly support from your clinician in the convenience of your own home. Our Client Services Team will call you to confirm which appointment type you would like, and assist you in getting prepared for telehealth consultations.

Can I still start a LifeShape Program?

Absolutely. Did you know carrying excess weight impairs your immune system, making you more susceptible to viruses? Amidst current health concerns, there’s never been a more crucial time to make some healthy lifestyle changes! We’ve had many clients complete their program via telehealth, successfully reaching their weight loss and health goals. Call our Client Services Team to book in an Initial Assessment which we can facilitate via video or telephone.

Alternatively, we have now launched LifeShape Online, a 12 week program designed to help you lose weight at home.

Can I still buy LifeShape LED?

Absolutely. We can despatch any LED dietary replacements to you, or alternatively you can now purchase LED via our online shop. All orders placed prior to 2pm are despatched the same day. If you are in isolation at home, please update the special order notes section with any relevant delivery instructions (ie. Please leave package at the bottom of front steps).

Are you still running Open Days and events in the LifeShape Kitchen?

Following the increasing level of government regulations designed to decrease community contact of COVID-19, regretfully some events in the Clinic have been postponed until further notice.

As of Tuesday 16 June, LifeShape Kitchen cooking demonstrations are open for bookings. Spaces are limted to allow for social distancing. Please contact the clinic to book, or click here for more information. 

We look forward to rescheduling other events such as Open Days and Weekend Cooking Workshops as soon as possible.

What hygiene measures are you taking in clinic?

The safety of our clients and staff remains our highest priority. We have doubled down on our level of environmental hygiene including:

  • Consultation rooms cleaned between each client
  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning within the clinic, including all common areas and amenities
  • Hand sanitizer available outside and within the clinic
  • Implementing the recommended levels of social distancing
