1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 small ripe banana
3 tbsp low fat greek yoghurt
½ cup low fat milk
TOPPINGS
1 tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbs granola (E.g. Five AM honey and cinnamon)
1. Add berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain. Add yoghurt and milk, and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
2. Scoop into serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
