Ingredients

2 x 250g bags of shredded Asian style coleslaw salad
1 Tbs black sesame seeds
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 Cup shredded BBQ chicken, skin removed
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
2 Tbs reduced salt soy sauce
1 Tbs Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce
1 Tsp honey
2 Tbs pepita seeds

Method

1. Put all ingredients into a large ziplock bag, seal and combine vigorously until well incorporated.
2. Divide into bowls and enjoy immediately.

Tip

This makes for a great quick lunch option. Pop the sauces in a snap lock container and combine everything the next day at work.
