At the official end of their LifeShape program, many clients like to remain in contact with their team, to receive ongoing personalised support – which is why our Support programs are so popular.
Our Support programs allow you to keep receiving the structured support you need – as you need it and as your circumstances change. As part of our Support packages you can come in for standard consultations with your Dietitian, or Exercise Physiologist over the course of a year for tailored health and fitness advice.
The program is structured around regular consultations, to use at any time when you need some additional support. This provides you with the structure you need to continue your healthy lifestyle for the long term and discuss any roadblocks or changes in your lifestyle with your health team and come up with alternative strategies.
We have two Support program options, Support 6 and Support 12.
