1 hard-boiled egg, mashed
1/4 stalk celery, diced
1/4 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbp non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 multigrain rye Ryvita crispbread
Pinch salt & pepper
1. Place the egg, celery, green onion, Greek yogurt, curry powder, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Serve on Ryvita crispbread.
