50g dried apricots
100g soft dried dates
50g dried cranberries
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
1. Place apricots, dates, cranberries and coconut oil in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into balls, then roll in sesame seeds. Store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
