Protein Balls

Ingredients (serves 25)

  • 75 g raw walnuts
  • 75 g raw almonds
  • 4 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100 g protein powder (choc, choc banana, vanilla etc.)
  • 1/2 cup approx coconut/goji berries/cacao/nuts for rolling
  • 100g rolled oats

Method

Step 1: Process nuts, oats, cocoa, cinnamon and protein powder until the mix looks crumbly.

Step 2: Add dates, vanilla extract and process again until mixture comes together.

Step 3: Add a splash of water if you need to roll the mixture into balls.

Step 4: Roll the balls in your favourite coating.

Step 5: These can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
