Honey Yoghurt Fruit Dip

Makes 6 serves

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek style (low or no fat) yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey depending on desire

Method

Step 1: Mix yoghurt with vanilla and cinnamon.
Step 2: Add honey to taste, until desired sweetness is obtained.
Step 3: Serve with a selection of sliced fruits such as strawberries, apples, pears or simply your preferred fruit and enjoy!
