500g Lean ground Turkey
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tblsp finely chopped mint
2 tblsp chopped parsley
1 tblsp chopped coriander
1 tsp ground cardamom
3/4 cup plain flour
1 egg
Olive oil spray
Garden salad to serve
4 small tortilla wraps
Step 1 Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2 Shape the turkey mixture into 12 patties. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3 Lightly spray a large pan with cooking spray. Cook turkey patties in batches over medium heat for a few minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 4 Serve with a garden salad and a tortilla wrap.
