Chicken Balls

Ingredients (makes 4 serves)

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 tablespoon lemongrass or coriander paste
  • 1 tablespoon hot chilli paste
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • cooking oil spray

Method

  1. Combine mince, pastes, onion and cumin in a bowl.
  2. Form mixture into 16 balls or patties
  3. Spray a frying pan with oil and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

Tip
Serve with soy or sweet chilli sauce
