Step 1: Combine flour, seeds, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Combine sugar and egg in a separate bowl. Beat well.
Step 3: Add dry mix to egg mix, fold until combined. Add almonds and chocolate.
Step 4: Half the mixture and roll each portion into a log (approx. 10cm patted down to approx. 2.5 cm).
Step 5: Place rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 °C until firm (approx. 25 mins).
Step 6: Remove rolls from oven and turn oven down to 160°C. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire baking rack.
Step 7: Cut rolls into finger width slices and place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake a further 7 minutes each side. Remove from oven and cool to harden on the wire baking rack.
