Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C..
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add ricotta, egg, 1 teaspoon of chives, parsley and the chilli. Stir well to combine.
Step 3: Spoon into a small oven proof casserole dish, or small oven proof cake tin. Sprinkle the remaining chives over the top.
Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes, or until set with a nice golden top.
Step 5: Serve with 1 cup sliced mixed vegetables (carrots, capsicum etc.)
