Step 1: In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, diced cucumber, lemon juice, garlic and mint. Stir until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper to desired liking.
Step 2: Chill and stir well before serving.
Step 3: Serve with a selection of vegetables as a dip or use as a sauce to accompany a main meal.
