1 cup kale, shredded
1 spring onion, chopped
½ cup basil, chopped
400g turkey breast, cooked and diced
½ cup low-fat tasty cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well.
3. Divide mixture into an 8 cup non-stick muffin tray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
