Dark Chocolate Bark

Ingredients (serves 22)

300g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup freeze dried berries
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds

Method

1. Over medium heat, fill a saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Place chocolate into a medium size, heat proof bowl, and place the bowl over the saucepan of simmering water.
2. Gently stir the chocolate until it is melted and remove from heat.
3. On a large baking tray, lay out a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Pour the chocolate onto the prepared tray, and smooth into a large rectangle.
4. Evenly top the chocolate with nuts, berries, and seeds. Cool in the fridge until hard.
5. Once firm, chop into pieces and enjoy or wrap in paper as gifts!
