Chocolate Truffle Protein Balls

Ingredients (Serves 16)
250g almonds, raw, skin on
1 heaped tablespoon dark cocoa powder
60g Chocolate 100% Whey Protein
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla bean essence
10 medjool dates, pitted

To decorate
2 tbsp coconut, goji berries OR cacao powder


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until mixture comes together. If needed, add a tablespoon of water at a time until the mix forms a soft ball that holds together.
  2. Form into 16 balls and roll in your choice of coconut, goji berries or cacao powder.
