Ingredients (serves 14)
100g cashews or hazelnuts or mixed nuts (dry roasted and unsalted)
50g cacao powder
½ cup desiccated coconut
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture comes together. Add a splash of water if needed.
- With wet hands, take a spoonful of mixture and form into a ball, and roll in desiccated coconut.
Enjoy one ball per serve.
