Step 1: Measure rolled oats and milk into saucepan.
Step 2: Heat saucepan over medium heat to bring mixture to the boil.
Step 3: Meanwhile mash or slice banana in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Stir mixture until it is boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer for 3 minutes or until porridge is a thick, creamy consistency.
Step 5: Serve into bowls with cinnamon, banana and pepitas (1 tsp each)
