Step 1: Heat oven to 160°C. Line a 25cm loaf tin with baking paper. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, eggs and yogurt. Stir into dry ingredients.
Step 3: Pour mixture evenly into the prepared tin and scatter with walnuts.
Step 4: Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
